CQ Services LLC
1. Service Scope
CQ Services LLC provides residential window cleaning services as described in your approved quote.
Standard window cleaning includes removal of dirt, grime, and light mineral buildup from accessible exterior and/or interior glass and frames.
The following are not included in standard cleaning unless specifically added to your quote:
• Deep track or sill cleaning
• Heavy hard water stain restoration
• Construction debris, paint, adhesive, or artillery fungus removal
• Screen removal and reinstallation (unless selected)
Additional services may be quoted separately if required.
2. Screen Policy
Exterior screens may be:
• Removed by the homeowner prior to service
• Removed and reinstalled by CQ Services LLC for an additional per-screen charge
• Left in place and rinsed from the exterior
Detailed screen cleaning is available as an add-on service.
Screen repair includes removal and reinstallation.
CQ Services LLC is not responsible for damage to brittle, warped, or pre-existing damaged screens or frames.
3. Hard Water & Debris
Light mineral buildup is included in standard cleaning.
Heavy hard water staining or adhered debris requiring restoration techniques will be quoted separately.
Results may vary depending on glass condition and severity of staining.
4. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability.
Clients will be notified in advance of their service date and time.
Recurring service customers receive priority scheduling.
5. Recurring Service & Discount Policy
Recurring Service Discounts
Recurring service discounts apply to each scheduled visit, including the initial service, when the customer remains enrolled in the selected recurring plan.
Early Cancellation
If recurring service is canceled before the second scheduled visit, the first service will be adjusted to the standard one-time service rate, and the difference will be billed accordingly.
Promotional Codes
Promotional discount codes for first-time services cannot be combined with recurring service discounts.
If a promotional code is used, recurring discounts begin on the second service.
6. Access & Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear access to all service areas including windows, gates, and entry points.
Interior cleaning requires access to all windows being serviced.
Pets must be secured prior to arrival.
CQ Services LLC reserves the right to skip inaccessible or unsafe windows.
7. Height & Safety
CQ Services LLC primarily utilizes water-fed pole systems for exterior cleaning.
Manual scraping or restoration on upper-level windows may not be performed due to safety limitations.
We reserve the right to decline services that pose safety risks.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, online payments, and major credit/debit cards.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we may address the concern.
10. Weather
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions for safety and quality assurance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
